A little bit about myself. My name is Elin Kanchev and I am a sports, wellness and fitness professional with over 20 years of experience. As a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), I have motivated hundreds of people to achieve their wellness goals throughout the years.
 
I started exercising back in 1992 when I was a 7-year-old kid with health problems. As exercise was a part of the therapy recommended by my doctors, I started swimming. This was a turning point in my life, and I have never stopped exercising and seeking improvement. Not long after this transformation, I realized that I wanted to share everything I had learned with others. I started coaching and training friends and family, classmates and became a passionate martial arts instructor in my dojo. Soon people started approaching me for advice. This is when I found my vocation – inspiring and empowering people to be active and live their lives to the fullest.
