Ask the professionals about their experience, expertise and approach. Ask them about their lifestyle. Ask them why they do what they do.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to the professionals and make sure they are educated, experienced, honest and live the lifestyle that they offer. They must have your best interest in mind and they must know how to deliver it in an understandable for you way. Never compromise quality over price – your health is priceless. You are unique and priceless and that is how your Personal Trainer must treat you.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It changed my entire life. I was a kid with many health problems and having to do sports in order to strengthen my body, also strengthened my mind and spirit, and helped me build the man who I am. I’ve always been asking questions and looking for patterns of success in life, therefore I created a unique systematic approach to training and life, which allowed me to become successful. Sharing my vast knowledge and experience with others, helping them change their lives is what truly fulfills mine.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our Team of Personal Trainers and Fitness Professionals have the expertise and experience to assist with various types of clients. Each one of them is different and special. Some of the needs we’ve been helping with are: education, motivation, goal setting, behavioral change, lifestyle improvement, wellness coaching, injury prevention, flexibility, firming and toning, weight loss, muscle gain, bodybuilding, strength coaching, functional training, strength and conditioning, peak performance, sports specific training.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
There are so many projects we’ve been helping with and priding ourselves with. Here are a few:
One of our Trainers helped a client loose 60lbs in 6 months. His doctors were impressed and took him off of 6 medications. His blood count significantly improved. He is so happy and he feels alive. More than that he acquired a new lifestyle and he embraces it.
I helped a client exceed her Navy PRT in only 5 sessions. Not only she exceeded that goal of hers but she is now the Command Assistant Fitness Leader.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Team Members are Certified Personal Trainers. Some of the other credentials include, but are not limited to Corrective Exercise Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist.
My personal credentials are: Certified Personal Trainer with NASM, Fitness Nutrition Specialist with NASM, Behavior Change Specialist with NASM, Certified Personal Fitness Chef with NESTA, Martial Arts instructor, active member of USA boxing. I was a part of Yanislav Gerchev’s Team and assisted him with Strength Coaching, Recovery and Peak Performance during his first Olympic Cycle for Rio 2016.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Listening to the customer’s goals and needs.
2. Setting process, performance and outcome goals specifically for that individual.
3. Conducting an assessment in order to identify muscle imbalances.
4. Creating tailored, systematic plan and executing it precisely, by strictly observing client’s response and making corrections if needed.
5. Providing constant support and education.
